Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the prohibited network activities and interaction rules on Pluto.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to: transmit malware, distribute unsolicited spam, bypass rate limits (such as our 20-upload limit), or impersonate other users or platforms.

2. Scraping and Automated Abuse

Automated scraping of our search feed, API endpoints, or vendor databases is strictly prohibited without written authorization. Reverse engineering the mobile app or backend is also prohibited.

3. Network Integrity Restrictions

You may not attempt to disrupt platform services, bypass geolocation filters, or spoof GPS coordinates to manipulate listing feeds.

4. Enforcement Audits

We monitor network traffic and API logs. Violations will result in access revocation, IP blocking, and legal action if warranted.
