3. Regulatory Licensing

Pluto acts solely as an e-commerce marketplace entity under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or store any physical products directly. Local food vendors (home-bakers, homemade food sellers) are individually responsible for acquiring local authority licenses (including FSSAI registrations in India).

4. Government & Law Enforcement Requests

For governmental inquiries, tax information requests, or law enforcement notices, please submit official communications through admin@breakingstocks.in. Responses will be handled in compliance with India's Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
