Marketplace Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a safe and trustworthy e-commerce environment, all Pluto users must abide by these Marketplace Rules.

1. Fair Play & Anti-Circumvention

Vendors must represent pricing accurately. Listing misleading base prices with hidden customization surcharges is prohibited. Artificially inflating ratings using dummy buyer accounts will result in a permanent ban.

2. Scheduling Slot Math Rules

Our backend reserves service schedules atomically. All service bookings must adhere to these mathematical scheduling limits:

• Slot Interval: All appointments are mapped in increments of 15 minutes.
• The Contiguity Rule: You cannot leave small, unbookable gap intervals (under 15 minutes) between bookings. Same-day service bookings must be contiguous with existing appointments if gap space is limited.
• The Rest Rule: Multi-day bookings must maintain an 8-hour gap between bookings to prevent vendor fatigue.

To ensure a reliable rating feed, Pluto uses a weighted aggregate to calculate an Atelier's rating after customer feedback:

Soliciting users found on Pluto to transact offline to circumvent subscription limits or terms is prohibited. Doing so voids all transaction tracking and safety protections.
