1. Consumer Protection Compliance

We comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We display customer and vendor terms, support grievance redressal, and maintain a transaction ledger.

2. Food Safety (FSSAI) statements

Under Indian food safety regulations, home bakers and food vendors must hold FSSAI registrations. Pluto displays seller FSSAI details where provided in their public bio or attributes.

3. India DPDP Act Statement

We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect data based on consent, encrypt KYC details in `confidentialAttributes`, and designate a Grievance Officer.

4. Google Play & App Store Compliance

We comply with Apple's 5.1.1(v) deletion rules and Google's Data Safety policies by providing in-app and web-based account deletion pathways.
