This policy details the safety measures we enforce to protect Pluto users during digital interactions and in-person exchanges.

1. Digital Safety and Fraud Protection

Accounts are verified via phone OTP authentication. We secure vendor KYC details and block spam using our 48-hour message rule. We advise against sharing personal contact info or coordinates outside the chat.

2. Physical Safety Guidelines

When transacting in-person (for deliveries or appointments):

• Conduct meetings in public, well-lit areas whenever possible.
• Let a friend or family member know your location and schedule.
• Inspect items before finalizing payment for cash/manual UPI orders.
• Report suspicious behavior immediately.

3. Account Verification Standards

Vendors must verify their identity by submitting KYC documents before listing products or services live. This helps ensure accountability and transparency in the marketplace.

4. Emergency Protocols

If you experience safety threats or harassment, contact local emergency services immediately, then report the incident to admin@breakingstocks.in for administrative review.
