Platform Standards & Quality Policy
This document defines the quality and safety standards that vendors must meet to list on Pluto.
1. Quality Standards
All listed products and services must match their descriptions. Listing stock images that do not represent the actual product is prohibited. Pricing must be transparent, with no hidden surcharges.
2. Food Safety & Hygiene Standards
Food vendors (including home-bakers and cooks) must maintain clean cooking environments and comply with local food safety laws (including FSSAI standards in India). All food listings must disclose key allergens (e.g. nuts, dairy, gluten).
3. Service Fulfillment Standards
Service providers (tutors, trainers) must arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Cancellations must be submitted at least 2 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows will result in suspension.
4. Quality Reviews and Audits
We audit seller catalogs periodically. Listings that fall below a 3.5-star average or receive multiple quality complaints will be hidden from the feed pending a quality review.
