Content Moderation & Appeal Policy

This policy details the moderation workflows and appeal processes for content flagged on Pluto.

1. Moderation Process

We use a combination of automated filters and manual review to monitor listings, bios, and reviews for policy violations. Moderation audits are typically completed within 24 hours of content publication.

2. Takedown Actions

If content violates our guidelines, we will remove it immediately and notify the owner via email or in-app alert, stating the reason for removal and the policy violated.

3. Appeal Submission Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can submit an appeal by emailing breakingstocks1@gmail.com within 14 days of the takedown. Please include your account details, a description of the removed content, and your justification for restoration.

4. Content Restoration Rules

Appeals are reviewed by a senior moderator. If approved, the content is restored to the platform. If denied, the takedown is finalized, and repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
