Account Deletion Policy

In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety requirements, Pluto provides a simple and permanent account deletion path.

1. App Store Deletion Compliance

Any registered user can delete their account at any time. This action is irreversible. It initiates a complete purge of personal records and cannot be undone.

2. Deletion Action & Cascade

When you trigger account deletion, our backend executes a cascade delete, which:

• Removes your user credentials and profile image.
• Deletes all ateliers (shops) owned by you.
• Purges all products, time slot configurations, and chat messages associated with your account.
• Deletes related transactions and bookings.

3. What is Retained

We do not retain active personal profiles. In compliance with financial regulations, transactional ledger logs are preserved in an anonymized format (where names, phone numbers, and profile pointers are removed) for tax auditing purposes.

4. How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account:

1. In the app via Settings > Delete My Account.
2. On the web via our Data Deletion Request Page.
