AI Usage Disclosure

This document discloses how algorithms and AI technologies are used on Pluto.

1. Generative AI Policy

Pluto does not currently utilize generative AI models (such as LLMs or image generators) to create product listings, user profiles, or chat responses. All content is generated directly by users.

2. Recommendation Algorithms

We use location-based filtering to display nearby shops. Paid membership tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) receive search priority and visual highlights in the feed.

3. Automated Processing Policies

Our scheduling engine reservations are automated. The system enforces contiguity and gap rules mathematically, with no manual intervention in booking confirmations.

4. User Control Options

Suspensions and moderation decisions are reviewed by our compliance team. Users can appeal any automated flags or takedowns.
