Child Safety Policy

This policy details our child safety practices in compliance with COPPA and other minor protection guidelines.

1. Underage Restrictions

Children under 13 are prohibited from creating accounts. Users aged 13-18 must have parental supervision to transact.

We do not collect personal details from children under 13. If we discover an account belongs to a minor under 13, we will delete it immediately.

Parents can request the deletion of their child's account by emailing admin@breakingstocks.in.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for content that exploits or endangers minors. Any violations will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
