All platform design elements, code, text, graphics, and logos are copyrighted by Breaking Stocks Networks Private Limited. Users retain the copyrights to the photos and text they publish in their catalogs and profiles.

2. Platform Trademark Rights

You may not use "Pluto", "The Atelier", or associated logos in your advertising or domain names without our prior written consent.

3. Filing Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown request to our Copyright Agent at admin@breakingstocks.in. Claims must comply with our DMCA Takedown Procedure.

4. Responding to Infringement Claims

If your content was removed due to an infringement claim, you can submit a counter-notice requesting restoration. We will notify the original claimant and restore the content if no legal action is pursued within 14 days.
