Customer Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your usage of Pluto as a customer placing orders or booking service providers.

1. Customer Profile Setup

Customer registration is initiated by verifying your phone number. You are expected to set a complete full name and upload a clear profile image. You must be at least 13 years of age (or 18 in select areas) to book services.

2. Placing Orders & Bookings

Placing an order is a binding contract request to the vendor. For `SERVICE` catalog items, placing the order immediately deducts selected time slots from the vendor's public schedule to reserve the appointment.

3. Prepayments & Cash Transactions

Some vendors require prepayment to accept bookings. Online payments are logged by Pluto's transaction engine. If you select COD, you must pay the vendor upon delivery or arrival using cash or local UPI transfer.

4. Cancellation & Time Slot Releases

If you cancel a booking, reserved time slots are immediately released back to the public. If you cancel after payment, your funds are marked as "Refund Pending" until the vendor manually clears the refund payload.

5. Review & Rating Policy

You can rate completed bookings on a scale of 1 to 5. You agree to submit honest feedback. Rating editing is prohibited, though you may update the feedback text if the star rating remains identical.
