Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

This policy establishes the intellectual property guidelines for listings on Pluto.

1. Brand Protections

Vendors may not list counterfeit goods or use brand names without authorization. Listing replica luxury goods or unauthorized branded items is prohibited.

2. Listing IP Guidelines

Product names and descriptions must be original. Copying images or text from other online directories or vendors without permission violates our terms.

3. Reporting IP Violations

Brand owners can report trademark or patent infringements by emailing admin@breakingstocks.in. Reports should include brand registration details and links to the infringing listings.

4. Repeat Offender Suspension Policy

We enforce a repeat offender policy. Vendors who receive more than two verified IP infringement reports will face permanent catalog suspension.
