Limitation of Liability
This document defines the limits of our financial and operational liability regarding your use of Pluto.
1. General Exclusions of Liability
In no event shall Pluto, its directors, or its employees be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or physical injuries resulting from transactions with local vendors.
2. Maximum Financial Liability Cap
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Pluto during the 3-month period preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.
3. User Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pluto and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or demands (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your content uploads, or your interactions with other marketplace users.
4. Severability & Legal Jurisdiction
If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force. These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
